Mike, born in Minnesota and raised in Texas, graduated from the US Naval Academy where he started as a linebacker on the football team. After graduation, Mike was commissioned as an Officer in the Marine Corps. After five years of service and multiple combat tours, he was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal as well as the Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal. His service continues today with many community and charitable outreach programs. Mike started his real estate career prior to appearing on the television show Survivor where he made it to be one of the final 6 contestants. Most important to him is his lovely wife Molly, and their three adorable children. By putting service and education first, he has been blessed to support clients in over 600 home purchases and sales. Joseph grew up in a military household with his father as a flight surgeon with the USAF. Joseph learned much about duty, honor & service through long before starting his career with Fortune 50 company J&J. While being trained in management, Joseph earned his MBA at the NYU Stern School of Business. He began learning real estate while flipping investment homes. After transitioning into investment banking, Joseph felt led to start a full time real estate career and became licensed as a broker in 2007. Eventually this decision would lead to a great business partnership and the birth of Fathom Realty, where he served as President of the company for five years. Fathom would eventually become a five time Inc. 500 company and Joseph would help open 62 Fathom markets across the nation during his tenure. Joseph is a husband, father and author who is passionate about unlocking destiny and helping others step into their God given calling.

Daniel was blessed to grow up in a military family with military values. With his father a Vietnam Air Force Veteran, he understood from a young age the importance of hard work, and commitment to something bigger than himself. After his father's military service, he went into Real Estate, where he spent 35 years as an executive, eventually at Coldwell Banker. In his early career, Daniel launched or ran large consumer brands, some that you likely know. For a season, he dabbled as a leader in Global 100 and Fortune 500 companies before the start-up bug would bite again. Sentry Residential grew out of an immense passion for serving those who have served. This is a core part of the military-first real estate brokerage that Daniel owned with co-founder Mike Chiesl. In running one of the nation's top real estate teams together, they realized that military members and vets across the country deserved to be consistently protected and served in their real estate needs.

Travis' military career began when he enlisted in September 1992. He served tours on 16 vessels and locations during his illustrious 24 year career. In June of 2016, Travis Winfield made the challenging decision to retire from the Navy and pursue his passion in the Real Estate profession. After retiring from the Navy, he started growing his business and team into one of the Top Producing Real Estate Teams in Southern California. CHASE BLEKE - Business Development

Chase Bleke, a graduate of the University of Florida, joined the Marine Corps in 2014 and served as an Air Support Control Officer. Transitioning to the Marine Corps Reserves in February 2020, Chase continues to invest in Real Estate projects across the country. Chase began his role at Sentry Residential through the Skill-bridge program, and brings his experience in operational planning and process management to bear in Sentry’s business development.
Currently residing in Vista, California, Chase and his Wife, Hillary, will be moving to Florida in 2020. They are both avid outdoor enthusiasts and scuba divers with an affinity for travel and a passion for serving those most in need.

Mike Grubbs is a Business Development Manager with Sentry Residential. An expert in successful start-up operations and developing human capital within organizations, Mike leads our agent recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process in North Carolina and Texas. He is passionate about aligning people’s passions with opportunities to create value in the marketplace. A former pastor, Mike originally hails from Mississippi and currently lives in Virginia.
